    Breakfast (11am):

    • Jimmy Dean Breakfast Sandwich (420 Calories)
    • 16oz 2% milk (260 Calories)

    Lunch (3pm):

    • Easy Mac (230 Calories)
    • 2 Bottles of Water

    Dinner:

    • 2 slices Pizza Hut stuffed crust pizza (680 Calories)
    • 2 Bottles of Water

    Total:

    • 1590 Calories
  3. What I ate today (02/07/12):

    Breakfast:

    • One cups of rice chex (100 Calories) 
    • One cup of 2% milk (130 Calories)

    Lunch:

    • Two Cups of Pastini (no idea how many calories)
    • Bottle of Water

      Dinner:

      • Jimmy Dean Sausage/Egg/Cheese Sandwich (420 Calories)
      • Bottle of Water

      Total:

      • ~1300 Calories. I’m just going to assume the pastini was at least 600 calories.
      • What I ate today (02/06/12):

        Breakfast
        • Jimmy Dean Sausage, Egg, Cheese Breakfast Sandwich (420 Calories)
        • 2 cups of 2% milk (260 Calories)
        Dinner:
        • 1 1/2 cups of Pastini (Homemade, no idea how many calories)

        Drank 3 bottles of water.

        • What I ate today (02/05/12):

          • Two slices Pizza Hut stuffed crust pizza (680 Calories)
          • Two buffalo boneless wings (190 Calories)
          • 33.8 oz Water

          Well…. I am way under on my allotted calories today. So unhealthy to not eat at all until like 7 pm at night. My Bad :/
